RETURNS/EXCHANGES/SHIPPING
Shu Deal Inc. strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges. See information below.
RETURNS
At this time, there are NO RETURNS on jewelry, eyewear/shades, lingerie, bathing suits, underwear, purses/handbags, or any other item deemed not eligible for returns. ALL ITEMS LISTED ARE FINAL SALE. Items purchased with a promo code are FINAL SALE. No Exceptions. Online credit ONLY
RETURN RESTRICTIONS
Shoes can be RETURNED within 15 DAYS from the date of purchase and be accompanied by your original sales receipt/packing receipt/ or confirmation email.
- Shoes must be UNWORN and in the ORIGINAL box
- We recommend trying on shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffs and scratches
- We do NOT exchange handbags, shades, or other accessories
- We reserve the right to inspect items before issuing an exchange
Clothing can be RETURNED within 15 DAYS from the date of purchase and be accompanied by your original sales receipt/packing receipt/ or confirmation email.
- Clothes must be UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, in ORIGINAL condition with tags attached, and with its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we will be unable accept returns or exchanges on all bodysuits and swim suits.
- We reserve the right to inspect items before issuing an exchange. Any item returned with stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) will not be accepted for a return, exchange, or store credit and a reshipping fee will be applied.
ONLINE EXCHANGES must start with completing the Shu Deal Return Form included in your package.
- Please make sure to include your correct Shu Deal Order Number on the form
- PACK items in the original packaging along with the completed Return Form
- SHIP the items to the return address. Shu Deal does NOT pay for return shipping
- Once return is received, refund will be issued.

SHIPPING
Shu Deal/Ruby only ships to the 48 Contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. NO International shipping available. We accept orders being shipped to PO Boxes and APO/FPO.

All RUBY clothing & accessories will be packed and shipped with your shoe order (if clothing is purchased with shoes).
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, please REPORT IT within (5) days. ANY DAMAGES or defective items reported after the (5) days will NOT be accepted. Email photos of damaged items.
- If you are missing an item from your order, you will need to provide us with a photo of your packing slip you received. If you cannot provide us with this photo, we cannot assist you in the situation
- Please EMAIL and attach items above based on your inquiry, or packing slip and received items.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders will be processed seven days a week but only shipped Monday – Friday. All orders being placed with NEXT DAY SHIPPING or TWO DAY SHIPPING must be placed before 3:00pm CT in order to receive your package within the time frame. We do not offer shipping on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after-hours or on a weekend/holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. Signature may be required at the time of delivery.
SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS
All items on our SALE/CLEARANCE tab are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable and are FINAL SALE. All items purchased with a promo code are FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to add or remove items from our SALE/CLEARANCE tab at any time.
RETURN FAQS
You may return unworn merchandise to any Shu Deal store, or by mail, within 60 days of purchase. Shu Deal members have 90 days to return unworn merchandise.
We require and electronically capture customer information from a valid state or government photo ID (see below for accepted forms of identification) for all returns/exchanges. We use this information to help manage our return/exchange process, to assist in protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and to help manage our relationship with you. There is no restocking fee for returns or exchanges. For a written copy of our Return/Exchange Policy, please ask a store associate.
We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of receipt.
